Corner Wall Chest Stretch

The Corner Wall Chest Stretch is designed to improve flexibility and range of motion in the chest and shoulders. This stretch is performed using a corner of a wall to help elongate the muscles across the front of the torso.

How to do it

  1. Stand facing a corner with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Place one hand on each wall, keeping arms extended at shoulder height.
  3. Gently lean forward until you feel a stretch in your chest and shoulders.
  4. Hold the position for 15-30 seconds, then release.
  5. Repeat as necessary, ensuring to switch positions if needed.
