The Chest Pressdown is a dynamic bodyweight exercise that effectively engages the pectoral muscles. By mimicking a pressdown motion while standing, it enhances strength and definition in the chest area without the need for traditional weights.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart and your core engaged.
  2. Hold your hands together in front of your hips, ensuring your elbows are slightly bent.
  3. Press your hands downward and inward towards your thighs, contracting your chest muscles and maintaining tension throughout the movement.
