How to do it
- Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart and your core engaged.
- Hold your hands together in front of your hips, ensuring your elbows are slightly bent.
- Press your hands downward and inward towards your thighs, contracting your chest muscles and maintaining tension throughout the movement.
