How to do it

- Grab the handles with arms extended above your chest, elbows slightly bent.
- Lower the handles outward in an arc motion, stretching the chest.
- Bring the handles back together above the chest, maintaining the bend in your elbows.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, ensuring controlled movements.
