The Cable Decline Fly is an isolation exercise focusing on the chest, specifically targeting the pectoralis major muscles. It helps in enhancing muscle definition and strength in the lower part of the chest, providing a balanced development.

How to do it

  1. Adjust the bench to a decline position and lie down.
  2. Grab the handles with arms extended above your chest, elbows slightly bent.
  3. Lower the handles outward in an arc motion, stretching the chest.
  4. Bring the handles back together above the chest, maintaining the bend in your elbows.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, ensuring controlled movements.
