The Back Slaps Wrap Around Stretch is a dynamic stretch that targets the chest and shoulders, promoting flexibility and range of motion. This exercise is particularly beneficial for warming up the upper body and improving shoulder mobility.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Extend arms straight out to the sides at shoulder height.
  3. Bring arms forward, crossing them in front of the chest, mimicking a back-slap motion.
  4. Return to the starting position, opening the chest wide.
  5. Repeat the motion in a controlled manner for a set number of repetitions.
