How to do it
- Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Extend arms straight out to the sides at shoulder height.
- Bring arms forward, crossing them in front of the chest, mimicking a back-slap motion.
- Return to the starting position, opening the chest wide.
- Repeat the motion in a controlled manner for a set number of repetitions.
