The Prayer Chest Squeeze is an isometric exercise focusing on the chest muscles. By pressing the palms together in front of the chest, tension is created that helps strengthen and tone the pectoral muscles, promoting improved muscle definition and endurance.

How to do it

  1. Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Bring palms together in front of the chest, fingers pointing upward.
  3. Press hands firmly together to engage the chest muscles.
  4. Maintain tension for a specified period, keeping elbows at chest level.
  5. Release and relax before repeating.
