The Cable Standing Single Arm Fly targets the chest muscles. By using a cable machine, this exercise helps to build strength and definition in the pectoral region. It also engages stabilizing muscles due to the unilateral movement.

How to do it

  1. Stand next to a cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Grab the handle with one hand, starting with your arm extended out to the side.
  3. Pull the handle across your body in a sweeping motion, keeping a slight bend in the elbow.
  4. Focus on contracting your chest as your arm crosses the midline.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position.
