How to do it
- Grip the parallel bars with your arms straight and shoulders relaxed.
- Lean slightly forward to engage the chest muscles.
- Lower your body by bending the elbows until your upper arms are parallel to the floor.
- Press through your palms to raise your body back to the starting position.
- Keep your core engaged and feet together throughout the movement.
