Foam rolling the pectoral muscles helps to release tension and improve muscle flexibility. This exercise targets the chest area to reduce soreness and enhance mobility in the shoulder joint.
How to do it
- Lie face down on the floor with a foam roller under your chest.
- Extend your arm to the side and position your chest on the roller.
- Slowly roll your chest over the roller from the shoulder to the mid-chest.
- Pause and apply gentle pressure on tight spots.
- Repeat on the other side.
