The cable incline bench press targets the upper chest by utilizing cables to provide constant tension throughout the movement. This exercise enhances muscle growth and strength in the upper part of the pectoral muscles.
How to do it
- Set the bench to an incline position and ensure the cables are aligned with your shoulders.
- Lie on the bench, grip the cable handles, and position them at chest level.
- Press the handles upward and slightly together, fully extending your arms.
- Slowly lower the handles back to chest level with control.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
