Pulsing Chest Crossovers target the chest muscles through a series of dynamic crossover movements. This exercise involves crossing the arms in front of the body repeatedly at a quick pace, effectively engaging the pectoral muscles for improved tone and endurance.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Extend arms straight out in front of you at shoulder height.
  3. Cross your arms over each other in quick, pulsing movements.
  4. Repeat the crossover motion for the desired number of repetitions.
  5. Keep your core engaged and maintain a steady rhythm.
