The Dumbbell Incline Fly is an upper body exercise targeting the chest muscles, performed on an incline bench. It effectively isolates and strengthens the upper portion of the pectorals, promoting muscle growth and definition.

How to do it

  1. Set an incline bench at about 30-45 degrees and lie back with a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. Press the dumbbells over your chest with palms facing each other, arms slightly bent.
  3. Slowly lower the dumbbells out to the sides in a wide arc until you feel a stretch in the chest.
  4. Bring the dumbbells back to the starting position, squeezing the chest muscles at the top.
