The Elbow Fly and Palm Press is an upper body exercise targeting the shoulders and chest. It improves flexibility and strength in the upper torso, enhancing muscle coordination and endurance.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Raise your arms with elbows bent, palms facing inward.
  3. Press elbows together in front of your chest and then return to starting position.
  4. Maintain a stable core throughout the movement.
  5. Repeat the sequence for desired repetitions.
