How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a bottle with both hands.
- Raise the bottle above your head, starting at one side.
- Make a circular motion around your head, bringing the bottle back to the starting position.
- Reverse the direction after several reps.
- Keep the core engaged and knees slightly bent throughout.
