The Bottle Weighted Halo is an exercise that enhances shoulder mobility and stability while engaging the core and upper body. It is beneficial for improving functional strength and range of motion.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a bottle with both hands.
  2. Raise the bottle above your head, starting at one side.
  3. Make a circular motion around your head, bringing the bottle back to the starting position.
  4. Reverse the direction after several reps.
  5. Keep the core engaged and knees slightly bent throughout.
