How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell behind your thighs with an overhand grip.
  2. Keep your arms straight and shoulders relaxed.
  3. Lift your shoulders towards your ears in a shrugging motion.
  4. Hold for a moment at the top, then slowly lower back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining good posture.
