The Behind the Back Clap exercise targets the shoulder muscles and improves arm mobility. It is performed by clapping hands behind the back, which engages the shoulder complex and some back muscles, enhancing flexibility and coordination.
How to do it
- Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Extend arms behind your back with palms facing each other.
- Attempt to clap your hands together behind your back.
- Engage your shoulders and stretch your chest.
- Return to the starting position and repeat.
