The Cable Standing Face Pull targets the shoulders and upper back. It enhances posture and shoulder stability by engaging the rear deltoids, traps, and rhomboids. This exercise is excellent for counteracting the effects of prolonged sitting and forward shoulder posture.
How to do it
- Attach a rope to the high pulley of a cable machine.
- Stand facing the machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Grasp the rope with both hands, arms extended forward.
- Pull the rope towards your face, flaring your elbows outward.
- Pause briefly, then return to the starting position.
