The Stepjack Back Squeeze is a dynamic exercise that combines lateral stepping with an arm movement to engage the upper body. It primarily targets the shoulders and back muscles, enhancing both cardiovascular endurance and muscle tone.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet together and arms at your sides.
  2. Step sideways while raising your arms to shoulder height.
  3. Squeeze your shoulder blades together as you bring your arms back.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
  5. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
