The Ring Reverse Fly is an exercise that targets the upper body, primarily working the rear deltoids and upper back muscles. It helps improve shoulder stability and posture while enhancing upper back strength.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding gymnastics rings in each hand.
- Lean back slightly, keeping your body straight and arms extended in front.
- Pull arms apart and back, squeezing shoulder blades together.
- Maintain a slight bend in the elbows as you move.
- Return to the starting position with control.
