The cable bent-over row targets the back muscles, emphasizing strength and muscle growth. It involves pulling a cable handle towards the torso while bent over, engaging muscles in the upper back, shoulders, and arms.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, slightly bent knees, facing the cable machine.
  2. Hinge at the hips to bend over, keeping your back straight and grasp the cable handle with both hands.
  3. Pull the handle towards your abdomen, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Slowly return the handle to the starting position, keeping tension in the cable.
  5. Maintain a steady and controlled movement throughout the exercise.
