How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, slightly bent knees, facing the cable machine.
- Hinge at the hips to bend over, keeping your back straight and grasp the cable handle with both hands.
- Pull the handle towards your abdomen, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Slowly return the handle to the starting position, keeping tension in the cable.
- Maintain a steady and controlled movement throughout the exercise.
