The Lying Floor Row with Bent Knee targets the upper back muscles by mimicking a rowing motion while lying on the floor. This exercise is effective for building back strength and improving posture without using any weights or equipment.
How to do it
- Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
- Place your arms at your sides, elbows bent at 90 degrees.
- Engage your core and pull your elbows towards the floor, squeezing the shoulder blades.
- Hold for a moment, then return to the start position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
