The Lying Floor Row with Bent Knee targets the upper back muscles by mimicking a rowing motion while lying on the floor. This exercise is effective for building back strength and improving posture without using any weights or equipment.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Place your arms at your sides, elbows bent at 90 degrees.
  3. Engage your core and pull your elbows towards the floor, squeezing the shoulder blades.
  4. Hold for a moment, then return to the start position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
