The Ring Rear Delt Row is an exercise targeting the rear deltoids and upper back. It improves shoulder strength and posture by engaging the muscles in a pulling motion. This exercise also enhances grip and core stability.
How to do it
- Hold the gymnastics rings with an overhand grip, arms fully extended.
- Lean back slightly, keeping your body straight and core engaged.
- Pull your body towards the rings by driving your elbows back and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
- Slowly extend your arms to return to the starting position.
