The Ring Rear Delt Row is an exercise targeting the rear deltoids and upper back. It improves shoulder strength and posture by engaging the muscles in a pulling motion. This exercise also enhances grip and core stability.

How to do it

  1. Hold the gymnastics rings with an overhand grip, arms fully extended.
  2. Lean back slightly, keeping your body straight and core engaged.
  3. Pull your body towards the rings by driving your elbows back and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
  5. Slowly extend your arms to return to the starting position.
