The Barbell Incline Lying Rear Delt Raise targets the posterior deltoids, helping to improve shoulder stability and upper back strength. Performed on an incline bench, this exercise enhances shoulder aesthetics and combats forward-rounded shoulder posture.

How to do it

  1. Set an incline bench to about 30-45 degrees and lie face down on it.
  2. Hold a barbell with an overhand grip, arms extended downward.
  3. Raise the barbell upward and outward to shoulder height.
  4. Pause and squeeze the shoulder blades together.
  5. Lower the barbell slowly back to the starting position.
