How to do it
- Set an incline bench to about 30-45 degrees and lie face down on it.
- Hold a barbell with an overhand grip, arms extended downward.
- Raise the barbell upward and outward to shoulder height.
- Pause and squeeze the shoulder blades together.
- Lower the barbell slowly back to the starting position.
