The Lever Bent-Over Row is a strength exercise targeting the muscles of the back. It involves leaning forward while holding a barbell attached to a landmine and pulling it toward the torso. This movement primarily strengthens the latissimus dorsi and improves overall upper body strength.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart facing the loaded barbell.
- Bend at the hips, keeping your back straight and knees slightly bent.
- Grip the bar with both hands, palms facing down.
- Pull the barbell toward your waist, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Lower the barbell back to the starting position with control.
