The Lever Bent-Over Row is a strength exercise targeting the muscles of the back. It involves leaning forward while holding a barbell attached to a landmine and pulling it toward the torso. This movement primarily strengthens the latissimus dorsi and improves overall upper body strength.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart facing the loaded barbell.
  2. Bend at the hips, keeping your back straight and knees slightly bent.
  3. Grip the bar with both hands, palms facing down.
  4. Pull the barbell toward your waist, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  5. Lower the barbell back to the starting position with control.
