The Across Chest Shoulder Stretch is designed to improve flexibility and relieve tension in the shoulder area. It's beneficial for enhancing shoulder mobility and reducing stiffness, especially effective for sports or activities involving overhead movements.

How to do it

  1. Stand with a straight posture.
  2. Extend one arm straight across your chest.
  3. Use the opposite arm to gently pull the extended arm closer to your chest.
  4. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, without rotating your torso.
  5. Switch arms and repeat the stretch on the other side.
