The Dumbbell Incline Rear Fly is an exercise that targets the rear deltoids and upper back, enhancing shoulder stability and improving posture. By lying on an incline bench, the exercise isolates the posterior deltoids and rhomboids for improved muscle engagement and growth.

How to do it

  1. Set an incline bench at a 30-45 degree angle.
  2. Lie face down on the bench with a dumbbell in each hand, arms extended downward.
  3. Raise the dumbbells outward and upward, squeezing shoulder blades together.
  4. Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position with control.
  5. Repeat for desired reps, keeping movements slow and steady.
