The band face pull is an exercise that targets the rear deltoids and upper back muscles. It's effective for improving posture, shoulder health, and promoting balanced shoulder development. This exercise also helps strengthen the rotator cuff, enhancing shoulder joint stability.

How to do it

  1. Attach a resistance band to a sturdy object at upper chest height.
  2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold the band with both hands, palms facing down.
  3. Pull the band towards your face, keeping elbows high and squeezing the shoulder blades together.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
