The Suspender Reverse Fly Wake-Up is a suspension training exercise that targets the posterior shoulder and upper back. The movement involves pulling the body upwards in a reverse fly motion, engaging multiple muscle groups for effective training.

How to do it

  1. Anchor the suspension trainer overhead and grasp the handles with an overhand grip.
  2. Lean back while keeping the body in a straight line and arms extended.
  3. Engage the core and squeeze the shoulder blades together as you pull your body upward.
  4. Maintain control as you lower back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the motion, keeping smooth and controlled movement throughout.
