How to do it
- Anchor the suspension trainer overhead and grasp the handles with an overhand grip.
- Lean back while keeping the body in a straight line and arms extended.
- Engage the core and squeeze the shoulder blades together as you pull your body upward.
- Maintain control as you lower back to the starting position.
- Repeat the motion, keeping smooth and controlled movement throughout.
