The Dumbbell Bent-Over Row is a strength training exercise targeting the upper back. It improves posture and builds muscles critical for back stabilization, supporting overall functional fitness.

How to do it

  1. Position one knee and one hand on a bench for support, with the other foot on the ground.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in your free hand, extending it toward the ground.
  3. Pull the dumbbell towards your torso, engaging your back muscles.
  4. Lower the dumbbell back to the starting position with control.
  5. Repeat for desired reps, then switch sides.
