The seated reverse fly performed on a leverage machine targets the rear deltoids and upper back muscles. It is effective for improving posture, shoulder stability, and upper body strength.
How to do it
- Adjust the seat height so handles are at shoulder level.
- Sit with chest facing the pad and grip the handles.
- Keep a slight bend in elbows and pull handles apart.
- Squeeze shoulder blades together, then return to start.
- Maintain controlled movement and avoid swinging.
