Lever Seated Reverse Fly

The seated reverse fly performed on a leverage machine targets the rear deltoids and upper back muscles. It is effective for improving posture, shoulder stability, and upper body strength.

How to do it

  1. Adjust the seat height so handles are at shoulder level.
  2. Sit with chest facing the pad and grip the handles.
  3. Keep a slight bend in elbows and pull handles apart.
  4. Squeeze shoulder blades together, then return to start.
  5. Maintain controlled movement and avoid swinging.
