The inverted row with straps is a bodyweight exercise that primarily targets the back muscles. It is executed by pulling the chest up to a set of suspension straps, engaging the upper body to improve strength, especially in the back and biceps, while enhancing core stability.

How to do it

  1. Set the suspension straps at waist height.
  2. Lie underneath the straps, grasping each handle with an overhand grip, arms extended.
  3. Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels, engaging your core.
  4. Pull your chest towards the handles by bending your elbows until your chest meets the straps.
  5. Slowly lower back to the starting position while maintaining control.
