The cable seated supine grip row is a strength exercise targeting the upper back using a cable machine. This movement improves posture, promotes back strength, and enhances pulling power by engaging multiple muscle groups.
How to do it
- Sit at the cable machine with feet placed on the platform.
- Grasp the handle with a supine (underhand) grip.
- Pull the handle towards your torso, keeping elbows close to your body.
- Pause and squeeze shoulder blades together, then slowly extend arms back to starting position.
