The cable seated supine grip row is a strength exercise targeting the upper back using a cable machine. This movement improves posture, promotes back strength, and enhances pulling power by engaging multiple muscle groups.

How to do it

  1. Sit at the cable machine with feet placed on the platform.
  2. Grasp the handle with a supine (underhand) grip.
  3. Pull the handle towards your torso, keeping elbows close to your body.
  4. Pause and squeeze shoulder blades together, then slowly extend arms back to starting position.
