The Exercise Ball Lat Stretch enhances flexibility and mobility in the latissimus dorsi and surrounding muscles. It is performed using a stability ball to facilitate an extended stretch position, promoting improved range of motion in the shoulders and back.

How to do it

  1. Kneel on the floor with a stability ball in front of you.
  2. Place your forearms on the ball and roll it forward gently, extending your arms.
  3. Lower your chest towards the floor, feeling a stretch in your latissimus dorsi.
  4. Hold the stretch for several seconds while breathing deeply.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position.
