The Lever Reverse T-Bar Row is a strength exercise targeting the upper back and shoulders. It enhances back thickness and develops pulling strength, benefiting posture and athletic performance.

How to do it

  1. Position yourself on the machine with your chest against the pad and feet secure.
  2. Grasp the handles with a neutral grip, keeping elbows slightly bent.
  3. Pull the handles towards your hips, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Control the weight back to the starting position, maintaining tension.
  5. Repeat for desired reps, keeping core engaged throughout.
