How to do it
- Position yourself on the machine with your chest against the pad and feet secure.
- Grasp the handles with a neutral grip, keeping elbows slightly bent.
- Pull the handles towards your hips, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Control the weight back to the starting position, maintaining tension.
- Repeat for desired reps, keeping core engaged throughout.
