The Kettlebell Bent-Over Alternate Twist Row effectively targets the muscles of the back and arms while engaging the core. Executing alternating rows with a twisting motion increases stability and rotational strength, enhancing overall functional fitness.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in each hand.
  2. Bend at the hips, keeping your back straight and knees slightly bent.
  3. Row one kettlebell to your ribcage while twisting your torso in the same direction.
  4. Lower the kettlebell back down and repeat on the opposite side.
  5. Continue alternately, maintaining control and balance.
