The Suspender Reverse Fly is an exercise aimed at strengthening the upper back and shoulder muscles. It involves pulling the suspended handles apart while stabilizing the core, improving posture and shoulder stability.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the suspension handles.
  2. Lean back slightly, keeping a straight line from head to heels.
  3. With straight arms, pull the handles apart until arms are in line with the body.
  4. Pause briefly, then slowly return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
