How to do it
- Sit upright on a bench with your back supported against the bench.
- Secure a resistance band around your feet, holding the ends firmly.
- Keep your elbows close to your body and pull the band towards your torso.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the peak of the movement.
- Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
