The Band Seated Straight Back Row is an upper body exercise focusing on the back muscles. It aids in building strength and stability in the upper back and shoulders, making it beneficial for posture and overall upper body strength.

How to do it

  1. Sit upright on a bench with your back supported against the bench.
  2. Secure a resistance band around your feet, holding the ends firmly.
  3. Keep your elbows close to your body and pull the band towards your torso.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the peak of the movement.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
