How to do it
- Lie on a balance ball with your upper back, holding a dumbbell with both hands above your chest.
- Keep your feet flat on the ground and hips raised, forming a straight line from knees to shoulders.
- Lower the dumbbell over your head while extending your hips downward slightly.
- Raise the dumbbell back to the starting position while extending the hips upward.
- Repeat for desired repetitions, maintaining control throughout.
