This exercise combines a dumbbell pullover with a hip extension while lying on a balance ball. It effectively targets the chest, lats, and glutes, promoting upper body strength and core stability.

How to do it

  1. Lie on a balance ball with your upper back, holding a dumbbell with both hands above your chest.
  2. Keep your feet flat on the ground and hips raised, forming a straight line from knees to shoulders.
  3. Lower the dumbbell over your head while extending your hips downward slightly.
  4. Raise the dumbbell back to the starting position while extending the hips upward.
  5. Repeat for desired repetitions, maintaining control throughout.
