The neutral grip pull-up primarily targets the upper body, improving strength and muscle definition. It employs a neutral hand position, with palms facing each other, which can reduce shoulder strain and effectively work the back and biceps.

How to do it

  1. Grip the pull up bar with palms facing each other, arms fully extended.
  2. Engage your core and pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar.
  3. Lower yourself back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
