How to do it
- Sit on the floor facing the cable machine, legs extended.
- Grab the rope attachment with both hands, palms facing inward.
- Pull the rope towards your torso, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Hold briefly and then slowly release back to the starting position.
- Keep your back straight and core engaged throughout the movement.
