The dumbbell reverse-grip incline row is a strength exercise targeting the upper back and biceps. It involves rowing a dumbbell with an underhand grip while lying face down on an incline bench, helping improve posture and develop upper body strength.

How to do it

  1. Set an incline bench and lie face down with a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. Grip the dumbbells with an underhand grip, arms hanging down.
  3. Pull the dumbbells up by bending your elbows, keeping elbows close.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top.
  5. Lower the dumbbells back slowly to the start position.
