The dumbbell reverse-grip incline row is a strength exercise targeting the upper back and biceps. It involves rowing a dumbbell with an underhand grip while lying face down on an incline bench, helping improve posture and develop upper body strength.
How to do it
- Set an incline bench and lie face down with a dumbbell in each hand.
- Grip the dumbbells with an underhand grip, arms hanging down.
- Pull the dumbbells up by bending your elbows, keeping elbows close.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top.
- Lower the dumbbells back slowly to the start position.
