How to do it
- Lie on a bench with your feet flat on the floor and hold a dumbbell with both hands above your chest.
- Keep your elbows slightly bent and lower the dumbbell in an arc behind your head until you feel a stretch in your chest.
- Slowly bring the dumbbell back above your chest, focusing on controlled movement.
- Maintain a strong core and avoid overarching your back throughout the exercise.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
