The Diamond Press is a bodyweight exercise focused on strengthening the chest and triceps. This exercise targets these muscles by having the individual press their body away from the ground using a narrow hand placement, emphasizing control and stability.

How to do it

  1. Lie face down on the ground with hands placed under your chest in a diamond shape.
  2. Keep your elbows close to your body while pressing upwards.
  3. Engage your core and maintain a straight line from head to heels as you press up.
  4. Lower your body back down with control, keeping elbows in.
