How to do it
- Lie back on a bench with feet flat on the floor.
- Hold a dumbbell in one hand with a wide grip position, arm extended above the chest.
- Lower the dumbbell to the side, keeping the elbow from flaring too much.
- Press it back up to the starting position, engaging the chest.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps before switching arms.
