The Dumbbell One-Arm Wide-Grip Bench Press targets the chest muscles using a single arm to press a dumbbell in a wide grip from a bench. It helps enhance strength and stability in the pectoral region while promoting unilateral strength balance.

How to do it

  1. Lie back on a bench with feet flat on the floor.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in one hand with a wide grip position, arm extended above the chest.
  3. Lower the dumbbell to the side, keeping the elbow from flaring too much.
  4. Press it back up to the starting position, engaging the chest.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps before switching arms.
