How to do it
- Lie back on a bench holding a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height.
- Engage your core and press one dumbbell upwards, extending your arm fully.
- Lower the dumbbell back to the starting position while pressing the other dumbbell up.
- Continue alternating arms for the desired number of repetitions.
