Clock Push-Ups involve performing push-ups while moving hands around a clock face, emphasizing balance and muscle endurance. This variation challenges coordination and targets multiple muscle groups.

How to do it

  1. Start in a push-up position, hands under shoulders.
  2. Lower your chest to the ground by bending your elbows.
  3. Push back up to the starting position.
  4. Move one hand to a new clock position, followed by the other.
  5. Repeat push-ups in different positions around the clock.
