Hands Behind Head Chest Squeeze

This exercise involves squeezing the chest muscles with the hands placed behind the head. It helps in activating and strengthening the chest muscles, while also engaging the muscles of the shoulders and upper back.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and place your hands behind your head.
  2. Keep your elbows pointed out to the sides and your chest lifted.
  3. Squeeze your chest muscles actively, holding the contraction for a few seconds.
  4. Release the contraction while maintaining your hand position.
  5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of reps.
