The Bodyweight Standing Fly is an upper body exercise focusing on the chest and shoulders. It mimics a chest fly with dumbbells but uses bodyweight for resistance. This exercise is beneficial for enhancing upper body strength and stability without needing equipment.

How to do it

  1. Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart, arms outstretched to the sides, elbows slightly bent.
  2. Engage your core and bring your arms together in front of your chest, keeping elbows bent.
  3. Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining control throughout the movement.
