The Bodyweight Standing Fly is an upper body exercise focusing on the chest and shoulders. It mimics a chest fly with dumbbells but uses bodyweight for resistance. This exercise is beneficial for enhancing upper body strength and stability without needing equipment.
How to do it
- Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart, arms outstretched to the sides, elbows slightly bent.
- Engage your core and bring your arms together in front of your chest, keeping elbows bent.
- Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining control throughout the movement.
