The Arm Double Crossover is an upper body exercise aimed at developing shoulder and upper chest strength and flexibility. It involves crossing and uncrossing the arms in front of the body, enhancing muscle coordination and range of motion.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Extend arms in front, crossing right over left.
  3. Open arms to the sides, palms facing down.
  4. Cross arms again, left over right this time.
  5. Repeat for desired reps, maintaining a controlled motion.
