The Cable Incline Fly on a Stability Ball targets the upper chest and enhances stabilization. By using cables and a stability ball, it combines resistance training with core engagement. This exercise helps in isolating the pectoral muscles while also recruiting stabilizing muscles for balance.

How to do it

  1. Sit on a stability ball, roll down until your upper back is on the ball, feet flat on the floor.
  2. Hold a cable handle in each hand, arms extended with a slight bend at the elbows.
  3. Bring your hands together above your chest in an arc motion.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position, keeping tension in the cables.
  5. Repeat for desired reps, maintaining control and stability.
