The Cable Incline Fly on a Stability Ball targets the upper chest and enhances stabilization. By using cables and a stability ball, it combines resistance training with core engagement. This exercise helps in isolating the pectoral muscles while also recruiting stabilizing muscles for balance.
How to do it
- Sit on a stability ball, roll down until your upper back is on the ball, feet flat on the floor.
- Hold a cable handle in each hand, arms extended with a slight bend at the elbows.
- Bring your hands together above your chest in an arc motion.
- Slowly return to the starting position, keeping tension in the cables.
- Repeat for desired reps, maintaining control and stability.
