The decline kneeling push-up is a chest-focused variation of the standard push-up performed with the knees elevated on a bench. This modification intensifies the effort on the upper chest and shoulders due to the decline angle.
How to do it
- Begin by positioning yourself in a push-up stance with your knees on a bench.
- Place your hands on the floor, shoulder-width apart.
- Lower your body by bending your elbows until your chest is just above the ground.
- Push through your hands to return to the starting position, keeping your back straight.
